    You don't have to be an expert in DEI, however, it's helpful if you have a basic understanding of why a one-size-fits-all approach to education does not work for all students. Remember that we are all at different places in our journey and that ignoring challenges within our organization because it makes us uncomfortable will negatively impact your organization's community.
